职位描述:
Job Responsibilities :
? to provide technical support on corporate point of sales systems and messaging software to global users
? to monitor or analyse the issues reported from the users
? to perform trouble-shooting on systems problems and provide proactive monitoring
? to change or enhance the software according with the technical designs
? to execute management reporting tools and offer solutions like data correction scripts or workarounds
? to perform integration test for the changed software package
? to receive call from operation teams or technical helpdesk and take action to provide support service
? to work closely with other team members in Europe and Asia to track issues and share knowledge
? to act as a special project member
Requirements:
? Degree holder in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or other IT related discipline
? Working experience in retail industries or software company preferred
? Good English knowledge skills
? Experience with support task in practice for more than one year
? Point of Sales knowledge
? MS SQL Server, SQL knowledge, experience with Windows Systems
? XML-knowledge, XSLT-Scripting experience
? Oracle skills, PL/SQL knowledge
? IBM-MQSeries-Webshere-knowledge (Middleware-experience)
? Jave- and XML-knowledge
