Job Duties & Responsibilities

Information Security (IS)

- Lead and manage IS team to conduct information security management for Greater China Region

- Manage security related initiatives in information security (IS) system risk control and business continuity plan

- Perform security risk analysis and make appropriate recommendations in accordance with Amway Information Security Policy / ISO27001 /ISO20000 / ITIL standards and Amway global IT security policies

- Manage the compliance with security policies and standards, and liaise Corporate IT on the alignment of Global IS policies, standards and operations

- Provide technical information security advice in regards to IT projects to ensure that security is considered and applied prior to deployment

Customer Information Management (CIM)

- Review and communicate the CIM related data protection policies with the Legal dept., and implement according to the provisions;

- Ensure CIA (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability) of the customer information in the form of both physical and electronic;

- Operation process review and enhancement on data capturing tool and hard copy handling, in line with business needs;

IT Governance Team

- Lead and manage independently complex audits from planning through reporting, ensuring appropriate audit coverage, quality and timeliness of completion;

- Establish IT risk management, determine strategic and tactical compensating controls that are required to mitigate the threats, risks and vulnerabilities that are identified

- Leverage global IT governance framework to set up local IT governance best practices;

- Lead a team of ITIL process owners, including change management, CMDB, and problem management, etc, to facilitate all involved teams to achieve the committed IT service level.

Requirements

- Degree holder in IT related disciplines

- Minimum 12 years relevant experience with at least 8 solid experiences in information security management

- Knowledge of information system risk management and business continuity plan is required

- Holder of CISSP/CISA/CISM or related qualifications is preferable

- ITIL experience is preferable

- Information security audit experience

- Technical skills in the server and IT network management are preferred

- Leadership and strong communication skills

- Language skills in English and Mandarin

- Travel is required around GCR and US.

- Work office and base location is in Guangzhou
