基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

? Vertical Start-up
？ E&M facility equipment Installation
？ Startup process: training, safety, commissioning plan
？ Handover with project team
? Facility operation
？ Building service and support: daily maintenance concerning electrical components and proactive maintenance ( work with SH Plant team or vendor),training
？ Provide all technical support to Lab and pilot plant equipment: proactive maintenance, safety (work with ESH engineer) concerning electricity such as control room, automation, control program, and so on.
？ All lab instruments calibration and adjustment
？ Pilot plant operation: operation support, ITQ requirement compliance
？ Organization of supplier service and maintenance plan
？ Plan and define the troubleshooting solution, and make sense of cost
？ Find the improvement opportunities of infrastructure energy consumption, availability and capability
？ Pilot plant planning
教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request

? Technical college above
? Strong background in automation or infrastructure, PLC is plus
? 10+ years of experience in similar position
? People management skill is plus
? Good communication skill
? Good organization skill
? Result oriented with flexible and innovative manner
? Willing to work in an operational manner, good sense of safety and security standard compliance
