职位描述
BASIC OBJECTIVE
Specific Job Content: This specific job is primarily related to design and rollout of IT infrastructure project,
lead on-going maintenance of server & middleware application support, and other key IT services assigned in
company Asia Pacific regions. The candidate must have strong technical background on maintain and support of
medium to large size data center. Good vision of industry trends on virtualization and cloud technology. Solid
understanding and project based experience on implementation of cloud solution (including IaaS, SaaS).
Excellent communication and team collaboration skill in English is required. The candidate must be open to
travel and provide 24x7 supports during on-call period.
General Objective: Technical advisor of the design, implementation and maintenance of computer
systems and network to increase business effectiveness, solve problems and create new opportunities to
assist in achievement of business goals. Prepare business strategy material and capable of presenting to
upper management. Prepare business case material and capable of presenting to upper management.
Develop and monitor policies, procedures, and standards documents. Provide 24X7 on –call support of
systems. Write and execute scripts to control the execution of systems. Establish service level
agreements with customers. Establish and review capacity, utilization and other performance measures
to prevent and avoid problems and maintain business continuity. Capable of participating in multiple
concurrent infrastructure projects. Subject matter expert in many disciplines. Operates under general
direction. Works with user management and user project leader to determine system objectives and
solutions. Latitude for independent actions and decisions. Assist and/or be solely responsible to direct,
schedule, and coordinate the technical activities of vendors and consultants. May act as a mentor.
Provide updates to Change Management team. Provides technical direction to Systems Analysts.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Systems Architect - IT Operations & Infrastructure
1. Lead and drive major projects crossing APAC, assist CIT corporate to implement global roll out
project. Control the projects in schedule, budget and meet the expectation agreed with business team.
2. Work with business leader to identify business requirement, prepare and propose effective IT
solutions and services to company business. Initiate and lead IT implementation to meet business
requirements.
3. Establish and maintain good relationship with internal business customers and external resources
through daily incident and project support.
4. Develop and monitor policies, procedures, and standards documents to increase business
effectiveness solve problems and create new opportunities to assist in achievement of business goals.
5. Prepare technical specifications, test criteria, process of services, project control and management
reporting following global IT infrastructure standards and policies
6. Work as key member of APAC operations & infrastructure team, Follow company Best Practice
methodologies (ITIL) to provide standard IT service to end user within SLA. Provide incident support
and on-call 24x7 support of infrastructure system.
7. Investigate, study new technologies and provide technical recommendations and solutions to CIT
APAC management team. Give support and training to business users and junior associates.
8. Follow & enforce global IT infrastructure standards and security policies. Establish and review
capacity, utilization and other performance measures of production Infrastructure system according to
TS metrics.
9. Surprise local IT in remote sites and enforce compliance of company global IT standards and policies.
10. Assist with capital and expanse finical planning in related functional field and manage actual usage.

3. Frequent contact with other Corporate Information Technology departments.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
2. 6+ years supporting experience in IT department of Multinational Corporation. Good understanding
of ITIL process and can provide support to business users within SLA
3. 4+ years project management experience focused on IT infrastructure, can work with virtual team
crossing different locations to manage overall process and deliver success result. PMP certified is a
plus.
4. Excellent understanding on enterprise level virtualization and experience on migration to cloud
solution.
5. Solid knowledge in design and management of Microsoft AD, Windows Server, SAN Storage,
Exchange 2010, Lync. Knowledge on SharePoint deployment and daily management is a plus.

6. Good understanding IT automation in daily data center management. Familiar with one script or
programming language (e.g. PowerShell, C#, VB, etc.)
7. Excellent communication and coordination skill with support business users. Able to

8. Good spoken and written ability in English and mandarin is a must
