职位描述
Specific Job Content: Assist in the creation, testing and maintenance of packages for the distribution and installation of pc software.
General Objective: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of computer systems and programs. Prepare systems and program specifications, prepare test criteria and perform tests. Create software through coding and/or configuring. Assist in developing and monitoring policies, procedures and standards documents. Perform systems setup and installation. Supply technical support. Operate under close supervision. May work with user department personnel. Little latitude for independent actions and decisions. Receives assignment as a member of a systems team for specific systems projects or for work on small, standalone systems. Also has responsibility for systems maintenance. This is the entry level into Systems Analysis and Programming.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional Skills:
1. Package, test and deliver software utilizing Altiris through knowledge of software, software installers, logging installers, including common file locations, interdependencies, and registry locations for various functions of software.
2. Customize software deployments through the use of admin tools and scripting languages including CMD, VB Script, and/or AutoIT. Ensure successful deployment through monitoring installs and remediation of failures.
3. Provide documentation in the form of knowledge articles, commenting scripts, and install overviews for software packages.
4. Communicate effectively with requestor and other support staff on software install packages to ensure proper deployment. Communicate delivery windows to minimize end user impact and maximize effectiveness.
5. Perform system and program testing to ensure effective deployment across all platforms, regions and languages.
6. Research systems and programs to determine causes of failure or poor operational performance; then define, test and implement detailed solutions.
7. Define new HP Output Server printer definitions, setup and testing. Also handle global SAP printing incidents.
8. Provide basic Citrix client and server side troubleshooting.
9. Provide analysis and counsel to personnel of operating units to analyze problems and develop solutions as well as assure efficient operation of existing systems and programs. Develop an understanding of business processes and the implications of computer systems on those processes.
10. Participate in educational programs and professional societies involving analysis skills and computing technology.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Supervisor Relationships:
1. Reports to Manager – David Zhang with dotted line to Mark Buffington.
2. When working on systems projects, direction and technical guidance are given by higher level Systems Analyst classifications.
Organization Relationships:
1. Frequent contact with all levels of personnel in departments for whom systems have been installed or are being implemented.
2. Frequent contact with other Corporate Information Technology departments.
External Business Relationships
1. Contact with vendors of computing hardware and software.
2. Contact with other companies to research and evaluate computing technologies in use for company potential application.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline .
2. Minimum 4 years’ experience of IT infrastructure supporting in MNC; Experience in project management is a plus.
3. Knowledge of end to end IT service , good understanding of ITIL or similar IT practice
4. Good command of written and spoken English
