职位表述和要求： Purpose

This position will report to customer engineering technical support manager, support to complete E&I equipments selection for CE project team, support project engineer on small Gen Gas project, GAD and pipe line project design, installation, commissioning and cost control, and support CE equipments localization.

Nature and Scope

1. Support E&I equipment selection for CE project engineer.
2. Support project engineer to handle small Gen Gas, GAD and pipeline project E&I part, and reduce design and construction cost;
3. Handle or instruct GG and GAD project commissioning and maintenance job.
4. Lead technical training on E&I to CE China project and maintenance team as required.
5. Follow up AP safety policy to ensure project execution safely and manage contractor;
6. Push CE equipments localization, work with regional team to handle the specification of CE equipments in China in E&I part, such as telemetry, transmitter, ground power etc.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES


1. As an E&I engineer to China CE technical support team, need dedicate his/her high performance to support team reach the target and goal.
2. Support project engineer to complete CE, GG, GAD and pipe line project smoothly and safely.
3. Provide specifications to ensure consistency on design, installation, commission and maintenance to meet APCI and China safety standards.
4. Take responsibility on non-standard, GG, GAD and pipe line project E&I installation, commissioning and maintenance;
5. Take delight in coaching engineers and technicians on E&I equipments selection, commissioning and maintenance, improve team members E&I knowledge.
6. Ensure that quality of the Engineering function consistently conforms to both customer expectations and Company strategies and standards.
7. Communicate with suppliers and purchasing team to maintain and improve the quality of equipments, reduce assets acquisition cost continuously.
8. Support manger to lead the continuous improvement activities in customer engineering team and drive for peak performance on project cost effectiveness.
9. Maintain good relationships and communications with customers and internal groups (sales, operations, engineering, finance etc.).
10. To provide other technical support as required.
11. To complete other job as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education
A. Bachelor degree minimum
2. Work Experience
A. At least 3 years relative working experience
3. Skills
A. Demonstrated knowledge of cryogenic skills and industrial gas systems are preferred,
B. Sound project management skills.
C. Good communication skills, including written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) and listening skills.
D. Knowledge of necessary Nation code and engineering standards
E. Knowledge of finance and ISO 9001 preferred
F. Ability to manage engineering costs
G. Can accept business travel as required
H. Computer and Microsoft Excel/Word Skills
