POSITION SUMMARY

Purpose

This position is mainly responsible for both project and operation logistic customs clearance in North China.

Nature and Scope

The incumbent is responsible for planning and management of logistics activities, and any newly established entities in China.

Mainly focus on supports in logistics (customs clearance, CIQ inspection, import & export procedures, inland transportation, rental of warehouse, etc).

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

·Following and implementing company purchase procedures/policies/guidelines/best practices, and capturing activities using BRAT.

·Handling duty exemption of imported equipments.

·Determining the requirement and handle all approval, quota, licenses, registration required by central government and local government related to import/export.

·Importation /exportation logistics for operation need.

·Project importation/exportation support.

·Coordinate with project or construction related to the goods receiving and inspection

·Building good relationship with local Customs, CIQ to solve issues relating to Importation/exportation effectively.

·Following policy& regulation released by Customs, CIQ to ensure AP has good record in system.

·Following logistic strategy to achieve cost reduction aligned with related stakeholders.

·Smoothing logistic process to meet requirements of plant operation, especial for plant emergency.

·Maintaining the purchasing/logistics database and documentation in accordance with predetermined practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· At least 5 years of logistics or commercial work related experience.

· Bachelor Degree in engineering/technical

·Good English skill, good oral English skill required

· Skill in using Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.

· Good skill at organizing, analyzing, and coordinating

· Good communication, teamwork and presentation skill
