Responsibilities:
1. Lead junior IT support to provide frontline support on PC hardware, OS and desktop applications
2. Escalate technical issues to 2nd and 3rd level support within IT team or external IT vendors
3. Setup servers/network equipment and do basic configuration under regional IT team’s guidance
4. Coordinate infrastructure projects with regional IT team/local IT vendors and assist project implementation

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. About one year’s relevant working experience in an international company; foreign financial services firm experience is preferred
3. Strong knowledge in PC, networking and problem solving skills
4. Have experience on comms room management
5. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
6. Good written and oral English
7. Customer focused
8. Team player
