工作职责：

1)为工业用门及装卸货设备市场设计研发新产品；

2)改良现有产品；

3)根据客户要求设计改制产品；

4)改善生产技术；

5)管理CAD部门；

6)研究产品和市场现状；

7)建立和完善文件管理系统。

岗位要求：

1)教育背景：本科及以上学历， 机械或其他相关专业；

2)熟悉Auto CAD 或者Pro/E；

3)工作经验：有过工业用门窗设计经验者优先；

4)外语能力：良好的英语听说读写能力；

5)良好的团队精神。

Position: Design Supervisor

Location: Tianjin Baodi Economic-Technological Development Area

Job Description:
1. Design and develop new products for the market of industrial doors and loading technology.
2. Refine and improve existing products.
3. Design and customize the products according to customers’requirements.
4. Improve the technology of door production.
5. Manage the CAD department.
6. Research and study the current situation of market and products.
7. Establish and optimize documentation system.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, mechanic or other relevant major.
2. Work experience in design and development of industrial doors or window products is preferred.

3. Be familiar with Auto CAD or Pro/E.
4. Fluent in written and spoken English.
5. Strong team spirit.
