Job description:
? The candidate will serve both as the system engineer and design verification role for development of audio/video technology based product. The candidate will be required to understand the product at a system level and define product specification, but also be able to debug hardware and firmware problems.
? Define product specification and design verification specification in English. Execute the specification plan and track tasks against project milestones.
? Proven capability to architecting test platform for verification of new technologies and/or product features.
? Conduct design analysis and make design trade-off. Strong electrical engineering and data analysis skills are required.
? Participate in design reviews related to design and performance matrix. Communicating product performance information to a broader cross-functional development team.
? Candidates should have excellent leadership skills. Candidate should be fluent in spoken and written English and possess good communication and team leadership skills.
? Proven ability to work well with worldwide teams and across technical, business and marketing groups is required.

Requirements:
? A BS or MS (preferred) degree in Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related degree with relevant experience, able to communicate in oral English
? 6+ years (or MS with 4+ years) of industry related experience including the product design and verification of high volume embedded processor based consumer electronics area.
? C programming skill in embedded platform and MATLAB programming skill are required.
? Solid knowledge of theory and principles of electrical design is a must have.
? Solid knowledge of Digital Signal Processing theory is a must have.
? Direct working knowledge and design/programming experience of USB peripheral is a must have.
