Position: AP Accountant

Reporting Line Manager: Accounting Supervisor

Job Description:

This Position should support Accounting Supervisor in the following financial operations:

- Check, process invoices in system with well communication with business department on daily basis.

- Prepare and post related journal entry to system on a timely, accurate and complete basis.

- Support line manager to finish all relevant month end balance sheet reconciliation work.

- Perform payable balance reconciliation with external suppliers, including domestic and oversea.

- Handle withholding tax for foreign currency payments in accordance with China tax compliance.

- Arrange foreign currency denominated payments document for all non-trade expenses overseas settlement in accordance with China FX Control Regulations.

- Complete and support for all kinds of AP related reporting.

- Other tasks assigned by Accounting Supervisor.

Requirements:

1, Bachelor Degree in accounting or finance from major reputable university; Undergoing China CPA or ACCA exams or equivalent (targeting completion within next 2 years) is preferred.

2, 3 - 4 stable working years in finance or accounting field, including 1 year or above experience related to AP. Working experience in retail, wholesale/trading, or FMCG is preferred.

3, Good skill at MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SAP operation knowledge is strongly preferred

4, Good English and communication skill, team worker, fast learner.
