Responsibilities:

• Able to complete regular design work in schematic design or construction document independently. 独立完成方案或施工图设计的各种常规设计工作。
• Responsible for the budget control of the project, ensuring key deadlines are met and the project stays on schedule. 负责编制项目进度、预算、计划，保证项目按计划执行。
• Responsible for the project operation and coordination. 负责（或协助）项目协调工作，使项目可以运作良好。
• Able to response to the technical problem in the project and has the ability to provide innovation solution. 在项目范围内对已被提出的技术问题做出回应，并可提供创新性的解决方法。
• Able to evaluate, select and apply standard architecture procedures and criteria independently. 独立完成评估、挑选、申请标准建筑设计、规程和标准，用以判断项目中的低适应性和修改。
• Responsible for managing presentations and reporting design progress to the client. 管理演示和向客户报告进程。
• Responsible for client management and improving client satisfaction. 负责客户管理，提升客户满意度。

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Architecture. 建筑学及相关专业本科以上学历。
• Fluency in written and spoken English, CET level 4 or above is required. 大学英语四级以上，熟练的英语听说读写能力。
• 1st Class registered architect is preferable. 具有国家一级注册建筑师证书者优先。
• 3+ years experience in for a number of projects that is realized or will be built. 3年以上大型甲级设计院或公司建筑设计相关工作经验。
• Superb conceptual, design talent, strong technical and communication abilities and has a proven construction experience of medium and large scale projects. 具有优秀的方案设计或施工图能力，有大中型建筑项目从方案到施工图的设计、组织经验者优先。
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop、Sketch Up、InDesign、Microsoft office and other software related to building implements design.熟练操作天正建筑、AutoCAD、Photoshop、Sketch Up、InDesign、Microsoft office等相关设计软件。
• Responsible, excellent organization ability and capable for team work. 具有较强的责任心、组织协调能力和团队协作精神。
• Candidates with awarded projects are preferable. 有获奖的个人主创设计作品者优先。
• Fluent in both oral and written English. 流利的英语听说读写能力。
