工作职责:
负责提供建筑工程、土木工程及机电工程等的一般合同前后的估算服务，包括投标阶段分包专业的可行性评审、风险分析及规避措施、商务报价评审、中标通知书及合同评审，及合同实施阶段分包专业的预算评审、合同实施监控、变更及索赔管理等。

任职资格:
- 工程造价、工程预决算或相关专业本科以上学历；
- 从事合约及成本管理工作十年以上工作经验，有技术负责人经验优先；
- 擅长对工程合同进行管理及对工程全过程造价的控制；
- 持有注册造价师及高级工程师以上职称；
- 有较强的业务能力和团队管理能力、谈判能力，工作细致，抗压能力强。
