Job Description---AR Collector

1) Deliver the tax invoice to customer

2) make record about the invoice delivery information

3) Chasing money with customer as per AR Aging report by email or Tel and so on

4) AR reconciliation with customers

5) Focus on daily collection and reply to AR accountant to clear AR balance

6) Support proper documentation and filing

7) Work on ad-hoc projects with other finance personnel.

8) Maintain effective and efficient communication with senior managers in finance and non-finance functions

Requirement:

Bachelor degree or equivalent, Finance or accounting major preferred.

Fluent in written English

Good communication skills

Highly motivated individual, a self starter

Responsible, reliable and meticulous
