SUMMARY OF JOB:

Be part of Schneider Electric global team and work with peers who are located in US, EU and China to provide application development and maintenance to Schneider Electric all over the world.

The daily tasks will include, but not limited to the management and maintenance of the existing world wide application in Schneider Electric, and develop the cutting edge web-based application for Schneider Electric business.

The qualified candidate must be familiar with software development process, should be a team player and fast learner, and have strong cross culture communicate skills.

JOB REQUIREMENT

The qualified candidates should have

- Master’s Degree in Computer Science from a well known university,

- At least 4 years working experience on the web application development and experience on MS SQL Server, Oracle; J2EE, .NET, UML, JavaScript/AJAX, and HTML5

- Multi-National Company working experience,

- Cross culture communication skills and Project management Skill.

- The ability to work in a team environment and work independently

- Strong time management/self management skill

DESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Knowledge in any one of below will be a plus

• XML, OOD/OOP, Web Services
• CMS (Content Management System, such as interwoven), search engine technology (such as Autonomy)
• Liferay
