职位描述

PART II - PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1. Develop and implement sales and business development plan for VA using available information
根据所掌握的信息制定并执行所负责区域的销售及业务发展计划
2. Lead and guide sub-distributor to execute company and BU strategy to make sure a healthy and sustainable business.
引导代理商执行公司的业务发展战略并确保公司业务的健康可持续发展
3. Build and maintain good relationships with KOL, key account and sub-distributors;
建立并维护与重点专家,大客户和经销商,之间的良好关系
4. Ensure an energizing environment which motivates employees at all levels to give their best to the job
营造良好的激励机制以激发各级员工的工作积极性
5. Set goals, objectives and priorities for the team and ensure team members are aligned to regional/organizational goals through PMP.
制定所负责团队的工作目标及优先顺序,通过绩效考核流程管理并确保团队成员共同完成销售任务
6. Work closely with National Sales & Marketing Manager to build an effective sales reporting and management system, ensures VA team to achieve 100% Sales objectives;
与全国销售及市场经理密切合作,建立有效的销售汇报与管理系统,确保静脉通路产品销售团队完成销售目标。
7. Articulates, communicates and creates a winning culture across the VA sales team, and manages, develops and retain a high-performing VA sales team; unlocks VA team members’ potential to achieve better performance;
在静脉通路产品团队中明确、传达并创造一种制胜文化,管理、发展并维护一个表现出色的产品团队;引导并激发团队队员的潜力,以取得更好的业绩。
8. Ensure VA sale force act in compliance with company’s code of business conducts.
保证静脉通路产品的销售行为符合公司的经济方针与准则。
9. Work closely with Marketing to ensure the effective implementation of marketing strategies and takes accountability of implementing the marketing plans to achieve each region’s specific business results.
与市场部密切合作,确保市场策略有效实施,同时负责实施市场计划,以取得每个区域既定的企业绩效。
10. Communicate upward and provide realistic picture of TFX Medical business in VA.
及时与上级沟通并如实报告业务状况
PART III – QUALIFICATIONS资格要求
EDUCATION 教育程度

Bachelor's degree or above in medical or business administration
医学或工商管理专业本科以上学历


EXPERIENCE 工作经验
  • At least 8 years' experience in relevant industry and function, such as sales and marketing in Medical device.
八年以上医疗器械销售及市场等相关行业管理经验
  • Experience in distributor management is preferred
具有代理商管理经验者优先
  • Team management experience
具有团队管理经验


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (Physical, Visual etc.) 其他要求
  • Good communication and presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills.
