BASIC JOB FUNCTION

1.
Product
management

2.
To participate in establishing
local strategic direction for assigned product line.

3.
Responsible/Assistant
PM for tactical and operational planning (with input from Sales/Dealer),
organizing, executing and monitoring of marketing plans to achieve both short
and long-term financial objectives and business growth.

4.
To
provide technical leadership and serves as technical adviser on all matters
concerned with designated products (to both Sales and external customers).

5.
Work
in close partnership with sales/Dealer team in developing and implementing
customer education and training strategies and leveraging our education and training
programs to support market expansion.

6.
Develop
and maintain a thorough understanding of client base. Ensure a close
working relationship exists between LMA and its key accounts and customers.

7.
To
develop product marketing staff’s technical and business knowledge and to guide
their sales and marketing activities.

8.
To
build up solid and close working relationship with AP Marketing team

9.
Frequent
travel is required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

l University
degree of medical or marketing/business management, anesthesiology experience is plus advantage

l 3-year
marketing experience or around 3 years experience in sales in similar medical industry

l Responsible,
teamwork spirit with passion

l Working independent
with flexibility

l Can work
under pressure

KNOWLEDGE AND
SKILLS

l Good
presentation and communication skill across functional departments and AP
marketing

Proficiency
in writing, reading, listening and speaking English
