Key Words:
1. Responsible for administrative work at GMO/DGM Office;
2. Assist DGM’s routine work;
3. Coordinate with all the departments to implement GM/DGM’s direction.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Manage administrative tasks to ensure the efficient workflow at the GM/DGM office.
2. Assist routine office functions and operations:
- Administrative duties as answering phones, taking messages, processing paperwork, document filing, preparation of expense reports.
- Formulate and implement company policies and procedures
- Assist GM/DGM office in communication and coordination of topics with staff in professional departments to identify, evaluate, plan, and execute business strategies.
- Organize conference and meetings as directed by DGM and take the minutes
- Translate files interpret among Chinese, English and German
- Make travel arrangement and to book the tickets and hotel for DGM
- To type correspondence and reports to headquarter
- To document translation and manage files for DGM
- Organize internal and external events
Qualification and Requirements
任职要求:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in management or German.
- Skills: strong teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience: 2 year’s working experience appreciated, freshly graduate also accepted
- Personality: analytical, mature, motivated, flexible, and detail-oriented.
- PC: general PC skills in Microsoft office

Good speaking and writing in both English & German
