Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities:

？ Provide leadership andmedical support to Immune-Inflammation & Dermatology clinical development

Accountability:

1. Contribute toChina medicine development strategy

？ To provide medical input to develop China medicinedevelopment strategy and to be best aligned in therapeutic matrix team

？ To ensure the China medicine development strategy isaligned with global development strategy.

？ Tocommunicate with global R&Dasset team to be timely updated for the global development status

2. To develop studyplan and key documents (protocol,report, etc) in collaboration with central R&D

3. To providemedical input into clinical studies involving China

？ To perform medical monitoring for the projects in charge

？ To manageand communicate with key investigators

？ To supporttraining and other scientific support for clinical operation

4. To providemedical support to deliver regulatory submissions(IND andNDA, etc)

？ Relevant medical document preparation

？ Communication with regulatory agency(including panelmeetings, etc) and relevant material preparation

5. To ensure governance across all clinical activities

？ Ensure a high level of selfdirected understanding, dissemination and teaching of the GSK policies and SOPs

？ Ensure the safe and ethical conduct of trials

？ Medical governance of activities before asset launch in China underscientific engagement principles

To perform as project leader to be accountable formedicine development strategy for a certain medicine in China.

Basic Requirements:

1. With hospital physician experience and industryclinical/medical experience, Total experience ≥7 years, with at least ≥ 4 years of industryexperience in relevant TA

2. Minimum master degree in clinical medicine or relatedbioscience

3. Knowledge of clinical development process, and regulatoryrequirements

4. Knowledge in industry setting

5. Interpersonal communication skill;

6. Excellent written/verbal communication skills in EnglishTeam player

7. Project Management skill

8. Knowledge of PC (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT);

9. Presentation skill

Preferred Requirements:

1. Seniormedical advisor or project leader experience in industry

2. Experience inconducting clinical studies as medical monitor
