职位表述和要求:
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Responsible for premium account new signing through introducing AP’s solution to segment accounts

2. Meet with potential customers on a continuing basis in both structured and unstructured situations to: (a) present technology; (b) demonstrate economic viability; (c) structure general business parameters; and (d) recommend action plans.

3. Try every means including industrial park cold call, direct market channel, join segment association meeting and referral from sales of other product lines and MFOs to build up a sufficient hot prospect pipeline which is critical to get more new signing from premium accounts

4. Input the prospects data into CRM, filling necessary segment info to support company to do segment analysis

5. Work closely with other functions in the company to resolve issues of premium customer to enhance customer satisfaction

6. Contract management. With the support from inside sales, proactively manage the contract renewal of those premium accounts signed by CT sales

7. Work with cross functional teams like customer engineering to provide value added service to those premium customers to improve customer loyalty and enhance AP’s brand recognition in the market

8. Execute PIP and ME to pass through the cost inflation so as to improve margin

9. Through good communication, convince premium customer to support AP’s productivity efforts like opening 24 hours delivery window

10. With daily account management to build good customer relationship of those premium accounts signed by CT sales and get new signing from customer expansion projects

11. Get leads and referrals from signed premium accounts to help grow business for both LB and other product lines and MFOs

12. Monitor and manage DSO and improve collection of accounts managed

13. Provide weekly report to area sales manager on volume/price, productivity achievement of those premium accounts signed by CT sales and segment highlights feedbacked by customers and market competition

14. Work with regional marketing manager to plan and participate in market studies to provide information for expanded sales or market share or for justification of new or expanded production facilities through providing valuable information including marketing, prospects, competitor's activities and their selling strategies and customers' complaints.

15. Support China FAM manager to resolve issues from existing strategic accounts and bidding for new strategic projects

16. Become mentor of new field sales, in particular, on segment application knowledge


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education

- University education in technical discipline. Prefer chemical or metal processing education.Master degree in technical discipline is desired

2. Work Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in segment technology role(chemical or metal process)

- Hands on segment application experience needed

- Through understanding of AP’s applications in the segment he/she is specialized

- Technical sales experience is a strong plus.

3. Skills

- Sales, commercial and negotiation skills

- Good coordination and interpersonal skills

- Good presentation skills to fully present AP’s strength in each offering/technology we have in the segment he/she is specialized

- Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English

4. Qualities

- Strong commitment to the job and desire to win

- Self starter, can work under pressure and with limited guidance

- Good team player and can work both independently and as a team member always with constructive suggestions

- Result focused – demonstrate ability to reach goals, accountability for results.
