岗位职责：
1、和公司法务部门一起负责筹办海外办事处，并负责办事处的全面工作，严格按公司制定的办事处岗位职责及公司的有关条例开展工作；
2、负责办事处的当地人员招聘、培养和管理；
3、负责定办事处内部各项管理制度，并监督考核（报公司总部备案）；
4、负责开拓经销网络，管理各级经销商；
5、负责给经销商提供产品培训和技术支持；
6、配合、引导和支持经销商进行市场推广活动（会议、展会、媒体、网络等）；
7、负责区域内年度销售计划分解，细分落实到每位客户，并对未完成的分解指标查找、分析原因报公司总部；
8、负责调研和分析市场，对有可操作性的空白市场进行深入分析，并制定具体的拓展方案，时间表，制定全年拓展计划方案报公司总部；
9、协调公司与客户之间的关系，积极帮助客户出谋划策，带领办事处员工给客户提供最优质的服务；
10、定期召开办事处工作会议，汇总本区域内销售及相关信息，形成周、月工作小结，报公司总部。
岗位要求：
1、具有3-5年医药、医疗行业或相关行业销售、市场经验与渠道分析、开发能力；
2、本科或以上学历，英语流利；
3、具有良好的市场洞察力及现代市场营销理念；
4、具有优秀的沟通、协调和领导能力；
5、具备良好的工作计划性及执行力；
6、具备良好的人际交往能力；
7、性格开朗、吃苦耐劳、具备优秀的团队合作精神；
8、愿意接受长期驻外（印尼）。
