Position Requirement:
1. develop new clients through variant methods (google,export platform,exhibition, Customs)in overseas market eg, Europe, America, Latin America, Africa...and ensure the achievement of market share and sales target.
2.Build customer confidence in CATIC's ability to respond to their current anticipated needs,by developing in-depth understanding of customer's problems and influencing CATIC's strategy accordingly.
3. Identify and develop effective relationship with key contacts within targeted customer organizations, Network at top and senior level with key decision makers and influencers.Negotiations at top level with customer decision makers.
4. Communicate new demands opportunities from clients and market, help sourcing in china market to maximize the sales volume & profits.
5.Dispose customer objection and complaint to improve customers satisfaction, for the sake of establishing a long-term and stable cooperate relationship.
6. Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services, Follow-up for collection of payment.
7. Prepare marketing materials and product data sheet; able to understand products deeply as professionals.
8. Travel moderately inside and outside China.


Job Qualification:
1.College degree or above, 2-3 years independently international sales development experience in IT sector with extensive client resources preferred.
2. Fully understand the process of international trading business, experienced with trade terms, L/C etc.
3. Positive and initiative, excellent working spirit and communication & negotiation skills,, be able to persuade and influence others.
4. Results-orientated, have strong sense of responsibility, be able to skillfully and efficiently meet commitments and create solutions.
5. Great ability of stress tolerance, great sense of competition and crisis awareness.
6. Demonstrate positive team spirit, can coordinate well with other departments.
7. Fluently expressive in English in writing & orally, Speaking local language is an advantage.
8. Professional appearance, can provide a positive company image to customers.
