职位描述
工作职责：
1、根据公司的营销战略和总体规划，对区域市场进行全面渠道规划，建立完善渠道销售网络；
2、依据公司整体销售目标，提交销售计划方案，监督实施销售过程，完成销售任务；
3、制定销售营销政策，有效的完成产品推广及销售收入的实现；
4、制定区域客户开发维护计划，组织实施并监督和评估，确保计划的实现；
5、市场信息收集，市场开发管理以及销售预算管理；
6、品牌海外市场推广及维护管理，根据公司经营战略及理念指导市场部门进行品牌推广策划工作；
7、海外相关展会需求及预算的审核及参展工作的布置与宣传文案的审核；
8、部门内部管理，和其他部门相关工作的协调。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，国际贸易、市场营销等相关专业；
2、8年以上消费性电子产品海外销售管理工作经验，3年以上同等职位工作经验；
3、具备很强的市场分析、营销策划、市场开拓、品牌推广策划，精通跨文化营销策略；
4、熟悉消费类电子产品海外销售渠道，有多次海外参展经验，熟悉欧美市场；
5、精通外贸、函电、接待、管理、策划能力强；
6、英语听、说、写流利，英语六级以上。
