职位描述
工作职责：
1、能够及时引进或创新新的技术应用于公司平台，提升公司产品技术含量；
2、善于捕捉用户需求，并能紧密地和公司其他部门合作，共同实现有效解决方案；
3、熟悉项目开发的流程，能够和项目开发人员紧密合作进行项目的计划与控制过程；
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，5-10年工作经验；
2、有丰富的动画，电影制作经验，对CG行业的技术发展有较为清晰的认知；
3、熟悉主流、CG软件及其插件的安装，维护和使用，包括3dsMax、Maya、Softimage、cinema4D、Houdini等；
4、能熟练操作公司开发的各种应用程序，并对其不足提出改进意见；
5、精通各种常用CG编程语言，包括MEL、Maxscript、Python和VBScript等；
6、能解决各种常用CG软件渲染中遇到的技术问题，包括一些技术难题；
7、学习能力突出，知识面广泛，除了技术还包括项目管理，沟通技巧等方面技能。良好的沟通能力，学习能力以及团队协作能力。
