职位描述
人事客服
1、 负责派遣员工入离职手续的办理，合同档案整理与维护；
2、 负责人员信息录入系统，社保、公积金的申报，跟踪员工参保情况，及时向客户反馈并处理异常情况；
3、 处理员工社保待遇（养老、医疗、生育、工伤、失业等）的申报，以及公积金的转移、申请等；
4、 负责应收费用的核对并与客户确认，跟进相关费用票据（发票、费用表等）及回款；
5、 核对派遣员工工资数据，跟进工资的发放并处理异常情况；
6、 负责员工劳动争议类处理，并提供相关劳动用工咨询，引导客户规范用工；
7、 维护客户关系，处理客户或员工关于社会保险、公积金政策的咨询，定期制作各类服务报表。
任职要求：
1、具备相关人力资源知识背景，了解劳动政策法规，良好的客户关系管理和员工关系处理相关技能；
2、具有良好的职业道德和操守，认同企业文化，抗压能力强，工作稳定性好；
3、具有较强的数据和文字处理能力，熟练使用网络及各办公软件；
4、具有良好的书面、口头表达能力、极强的亲和力与服务意识，沟通领悟能力强，逻辑思维能力强；
5、专科以上学历，2年以上制造业驻点客服的相关工作经验；
薪酬：月薪3500-5000元+奖金，包食宿。
