职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
2、负责工厂生产计划落实，物料准备，新产品导入准备；
3、完成每月生产任务，并做好每月生产报表及各项统计；
4、对所负责员工进行日常管理并对其进行考核；
5、负责车间设备保养规范使用和现场管理；
6、协助经理完成部门的管理和任务目标；
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历；
2、3年以上PCB类车间生产管理工作经验，熟悉PCB类产品生产工位排布及优化，熟悉阻焊绿油工序的优先；
3、具备很强的品质管理、流程优化、统筹组织和沟通协调能力，有很好的分析问题和解决问题的能力；
4、具有作业现场人员管理能力和一定的行政管理能力，有较强的团队领导力和带动力，能很好的分析问题和解决问题；
5、具有较强的组织、沟通、协调能力；
6、具备学习精神，能带领团队不断提升。
