行政人事助理岗位职责：
行政方面：
1、 负责来访人员的接待；
2、负责电话转接、收发传真、信件收寄等日常事务；
3、负责公司费用报销的核对，
4、受理会议室预约，协调会议时间，布置会议室
5、负责公司日常办公用品的管理；
6、完成上级领导临时交待的其他工作。

人事方面：
1. 负责发布招聘信息、定向搜寻合适简历、电话面试以及F2F初试，提供专业意见，协助各用人部门做出用人决定；
2. 负责针对面试合格人员Offer前的背景调查；
3. 办理员工入职及转正、调动、离职等异动手续；
4. 负责公司员工考勤的记录及月度汇总；
5. 负责月度KPI数据收集及核实；
6. 公司内部员工档案的建立与管理;

任职要求：
1、文秘、行政管理及相关专业大专以上学历
2、身高1.60米以上，相貌端正，仪表端庄
3、1年以下行政人事工作经验
4、熟悉行政工作流程，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备
5、工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，性格开朗，待人热诚
6、五天工作制，每天7.5小时
