职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 领导多人的项目团队，负责项目的管理，并指导和帮助猎头顾问搜寻合适的候选人，独立面试候选人直至项目成功；
2. 在金融行业内建立与保持与客户及候选人的长期合作关系；
3. 制定并实施金融行业业务发展计划及团队管理目标；
4. 研究金融行业发展动向，收集金融行业内人才信息，并制定其行业人才市场分析报告；
5. 整合积累金融行业人才资源；
6. 分析所有客户需求并指导制定可行性制造业人才猎聘解决方案；
7. 进行团队人员的发展与管理，达成团队绩效目标。
岗位要求：
1.正规高等院校本科或以上学历；英语听说读写能力较好；（专业不限，年龄不限）
2.3年以上地产行业招聘工作经验优先；
3.在金融行业内有一定的人脉关系，并对其相关专业知识、市场需求比较熟悉；
4.优秀的沟通技巧，较强的说服能力，自信，热情，耐心，愿意在压力下工作；
5.具有良好的职业道德和职业操守，较强的责任感，善于分析客户及人才的心理；
6.愿意接受极具挑战性的工作，具有优秀的团队管理能力和领导艺术；
7.优先条件：有金融行业管理团队经验者优先考虑，有丰富的招聘经验者优先，性格乐观积极者优先。
