Roles and responsibilities:
1. Represents Philips in all the customs and CIQ related affairs.
2. Be fully responsible for bonded goods management for the company in Futian Free Trade Zone(FTZ).
3. Make sure the data in our EDI system is clear and correct, and fully matched with the physical goods.
4. Maintain a logbook for all the goods in and out properly.
5. Periodically verify our data with customs/CIQ as required.
6. Manage suppliers/agencies to get the best service, also verify invoices, breakdown cost for F&A to charge internal cost centers on monthly base.
7. Support all the inspections or visits from local governments.
8. Support the daily operation of businesses in PDCC:
a) Logistic arrangement of goods in and out ;
b) Goods receiving and distribution;
c) Scrap arrangement;
d) Other supports as needed

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree, with at least 5-year relevant work experience;
2. Has customs and CIQ authorized certificates;
3. Moral conduct to safeguard the legal compliance of the company in customs and CIQ areas;
4. Be able to write, read and speak in English properly;
5. Has deep understanding of customs & CIQ regulation/law ;
6. Good communication skill with internal and external;
7. Good skills in MS office applications;
8. Capable to adapt to new requirements;
9. Independence, endurance, responsible and chariness;
10. Experience of FTZ customs is preferred.
