MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

1．根据直接经理的要求，制订每周工作计划并及时提交；按计划维护现有客户，并开发新客户，完成销售指标
2．协助大区经理管理代理商订单及流向，配合招投标和各类市场活动
3．根据公司的要求及策略，把握代理商市场开发的节奏及方向，能主动引导代理商的工作积极性
4．为代理商提供基础产品知识培训并对代理商业务进行评估，有效的维护自己区域内代理商的价格体系
5．管理负责区域的市场情况，建立、搜集并及时更新客户资料，积极有效的收集竞争对手的相关信息并及时汇报市场动态
6．配合市场部开展各类市场推广活动

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1. 大专或以上学历，医学药学优先考虑
2. 1-3年医疗领域销售经验者，尤其在麻醉领域者优先
3. 诚实、守信、有责任心，能自我约束并独立思考问题，有一定分析解决问题的能力
4. 有进取心，创新能力及学习能力
5. 有较强的沟通、人际交往能力及团队合作精神
6. 能经常出差


MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Making work plan every week and submit on time per direct mgr's request. Maintain current customers and develop new customers to achieve areas target

2. To provide assistance to Regional Sales Mgr in managing the field sales and distributors’ order. Support to bidding and other MKT activities.

3. To monitor distributors with positive attitude in development steps and trend and bring them to align with company business strategies.

4. Responsible for basic product training and evaluation. To maintain price system in distributors’ areas.

5. To manage sales areas situation, setup areas customer data and update it in time.

6. Monitor competition and market trend, gather market intelligence and provide Direct Mgr, Marketing Products team with timely information on competitors and customers.

7. Carry out and implement with MKT department for MKT activities

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1. College degree and above, prefer healthcare industry in Medical related fields

2. 1-3 years working experience in the healthcare environment, especially in the field of anesthesia is prefer.

3. Be honest and responsible to work, self-restraint and independent. Be able to analyze and solve problems

4. Self motivated, enthusiastic positive and learning skill

5. Strong communication skill and team work

6. Be adapt to travel frequently
