Job Responsibility:
Provide technical support to sales team, marketing team and external customers, including pre-sales promotion, technical specification writing, project bidding and coordination.
在售前推广，技术规格文档，投标准备和协调中为销售部，市场部及外部客户提供技术支持。
Market demand creation, specification promotion and project coordination to end user, architects, contractors and external partners.
提升整五金体解决方案的能力，拓展市场需求，项目进展中与业主，设计师及总包的良好配合
Preparation of door hardware specifications and schedules
独立制作门表及五金技术规范
Products and service quotations for project budgeting and competitive bidding
项目投标文件制作及投标报价
Arrangement of samples & technical submissions
根据客户需求，提供样品及产品技术资料
Technical training and execution of corrective actions to customer and distributors
参与负责客户及经销商的技术培训
Other technical support to sales team and order administration team
配合及协调销售部门及订单部门相关工作

Job Requirements:
Good resource of regional architectural design institutes and estate market
良好的当地设计院和房产市场资源
Bachelors degree or above in mechanical engineering / civil architecture or related
本科及以上学历，机械，建筑专业优先
At least 4 years experience in door hardware or building materials industry
四年以上门用五金或建材行业经验
Good knowledge of ANSI and/or EN standards door hardware products
良好的美标或欧标门用五金产品知识
Experience in construction project processes
建筑项目经验
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications and Auto CAD
良好的计算机能力，熟悉Auto CAD
Good written and spoken English
良好的英语
Good presentation and communication skills

Demonstrate analytical skills and creativity in assessing and resolving technical challenges
