Department: OEM Technical Support
Reports to: OEM China technical support Manager
Aim: Support the site service team to solve the problems encountered in the customer
line, improve customer satisfaction and enhance a healthy communication with
customer.
Main Responsibilities
?? Understand customer’s requirement and our line service team need, to provide support on
trouble shooting.
?? To simulate the problems encountered in customers’ lines with account chemist together, in
order to solve these problems
?? Lead and Support new customer line/new product launch
?? Work closely with the Customer line service team about the solutions and continuously
following the results until the problem eliminated.
?? Working together with product team and technical team to identify the problems of the line
and search for right solution
?? Provide training to the line service team and to customer
?? Build up monthly report of the performance for main customer line
?? Observing, analysing and reporting competitor products in order to identify their advantages
and making comparison with DuPont products.
Qualifications
?? Being a graduate of university major on polymer or Organic Chemicals.
?? Having knowledge about automotive coating with line service/support experience
?? Having minimum 5 years of experience in automotive paints
?? Not being colour blind
?? Fluency in English and computer
?? High flexibility, willing to travel
?? Positive attitude
