Responsibilities:
· Work with product biology team in the implementation of the yearly field trial or lab bioassay plan and ensure the high success rate of trial conducted
· Work independently with minimum supervision to produce high quality field trial data or in collaboration with pathologist/entomologist to produce lab/greenhouse bioassay data for product and technology proposition, integrated pesticide resistance management strategy decidion .
· Work with product biology team in trial reporting in the China & global field trial report system efficiencily to maximize benefit to business
· Work with product biology and technical service teams in the academic and extension influencer management
· Provide field trial or lab/greenhouse bioassay support to technical service and marketing & sales team in handling customer complaint and enquiry
· Identify areas for process and technical improvements and provide solutions to increase the quality of the experiments

Requirements:
· Above Bachelor Degree, 2-3 years' work in one of the agricultural sciences such as entomology, phytopathology or pesticide sciences, with training and experience in applied sciences preferred
· Good knowledge of Agronomy, chemistry, Plant Pathology or Entomology, genetics, statistics, and pesticide sciences
· Basic knowledge of farming practice
· Ability to communicate both (Verbal and Written) in English
· 2 to 3 years experience in conducting biological field trials to evaluate the efficacy and crop response of pesticides and related experimental techniques or doing lab bioassay for pesticide susceptibility / resistance
· Successful higher level academic training with good plant pathology/ entomology or pesticide science education and technical knowledge
