Main Accountabilities:

Develop quarterly Integrated Trade Marketing Calendar to deliver Channel target.

Work with Trade Marketing Manager to develop by channel brands’ strategies and POP standards for field execution.

Key Tasks:

1. Develop national Integrated Trade Marketing plan to deliver brands’ targets

(deliver targeted growth in terms of total sales target)

2. Conduct regular ( at least quarterly) brand and category review to identify growth potential and area for specific channels, which forms insights base to further develop effective TM plan.

3. Develop Trade Marketing plan by combining brand initiatives and trade initiatives that are in line with company strategy

4. Provide initiatives (comments and solutions) to facilitate trade spend efficiently and effectively in line with annual target.

5. Work with Trade Marketing Manager to develop by channel strategies and standards for field execution effectively.

6. Based on analysis and consumer/shopper insights to propose by channel brands’ strategies and key big bets for annual planning of Friso

7. Develop quarterly by channel execution standards (incl. assortment, planogram, and price) and align with Trade Marketing Manager and cross functional team.

8. Develop/upgrade field execution framework and tools based on channel strategies and standards to guide field execution.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. Minimum 3 years working experience in trade marketing in multi-national company, experience in dealing with key accounts is preferred.

3. Good English in both oral and written.

4. Good in presentation skill.

5. Can work under pressure.
