Responsibility:
Define Operational product/ system profiles that can be used for developing meaningful testing and data analysis
Create, develop and implement reliability testing methodologies and strategies with the objective of improving product reliability Growth . Implement the use of the FMEA in order to determine product opportunities in new products and extensions of current components
Initiate Reliability activities for key NPD/NTI/VAVE projects including test planning, test Methodologies, test Procedures, work with design engineers to decide which tests need to be run and recommend alternatives in order to grant high product reliability standards at product release time
Suggest design modifications to products, design test cell improvements


Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree in Refrigeration or HVAC related.
2.3+ years experience in R&D, Reliability or Testing.
3.Good communication & collaboration skill.
4.Effective communication in written and oral English.
5.Motivational approach to goal of reliability/quality.
