Job Summary:
Responsible for achievement of sales quota by carrying out regular visits and merchandizing/promotion activities in the retail outlets , performs after-sales service, to achieve or exceed sales target for the assigned sales territory within sales expense budget pre-set by line manager
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Carry out planned visits to the target retail outlets based on call routes and call frequency approved by line manager. Daily promotion tasks through professional detailing and promotion of company’s products with the eventual aim to achieve or exceed sales target pre-set by company
2. Possess and maintain good product knowledge and be competent to conduct product presentation to customers in group setting
3. Carry out systematic checks on merchandizing and products displays as well as provide necessary product knowledge and selling skills training to in-store promoters and counter staff.
4. Collect at least on a monthly basis the sell-in and sell-out data of major Accu-Chek and competitive products, as well as major market trend and competitive developments.
5. Collect regular market and competitive information and timely report to AM/SV/Marketing in format and contents agreed by Company. Develop and update quality customer data file.
6. Pay planned visits to customers (store staff and manager, chain management) according to call plan submitted and approved by SV/Area Manager
7. Conduct promotional activities within expense budgets based on monthly action plan submitted and pre-approved by line manager.
8. Plan and carry out quality service and expiry date checks on meters and strips placed in retail outlets along with daily visits.
9. Develop and maintain good relationships with key decision makers in key retail chains and hypermarkets
10. Maintain an active coordination with local distributors to ensure enough stock-holding and coverage.
11. Management of in-store promoters and counter staff and ensure they master the key selling arguments of our products
12. Implementation of marketing programs targeted towards retail sector and consumers in collaboration with Customer Service function.
13. Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager
14. Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition
Education& Qualifications:
1. College or above, FMCG experience preferred
2. Good command of English in both spoken and written
3. Good command of MS office software application
4. Product & Application Expertise
Experience:
1. About 3-year related working experiences
2. Good personality;skillful at communicating with others
3. Strong ability of working independently
4. Strong ability of bearing hardships
