JOB MISSION

Reports to the Visual Merchandising Supervisor to manage all aspects of visual merchandising discipline to reinforce Ferragamo’s brand image in China and continuously upgrade the luxury image standards of the stores.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow and apply the VM corporate Guidelines in all the stores of the Assigned Area

Visit frequently each store of the assigned Area to re-merchandise and adjust VM according to the Corporate Guidelines

Work with the Visual Merchandising Supervisor to develop product placement strategies

Assist in training and supervising the store visual merchandisers specialists to maintain proper display set up, merchandise fixtures and presentation standards

Work directly with vendors to source and coordinate delivery of visual aids

Prepare visit feedbacks and visit reports to share with stores and with the VM Supervisor / Buyers / Merchandising Director

Prepare, in collaboration with the VM Supervisor, the yearly VM Props order for all China stores

Implements VM directives for company events including new store openings

Coordinate with Merchandising dept. for window, sales period, any product launch arrangements

Cooperate with the VM Supervisor to the training of Sub Franchisee VM

Cooperate with the VM Supervisor to the translation and customization of the Corporate VM Guidelines for China market

Others:

Build strong cross functional relationships within the organization

Any other duties/matters may be assigned from time to time

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

College’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in visual merchandising or related disciplines, relevant experience in fashion retail industry is preferred.

Proficient in computer graphics.
