Purpose:
· To guarantee the whole process can be in good controlled, carry out the routine management of process and production equipment.
· To optimized production process, improve quality; provide the needed support for technical and equipment.
· To ensure the quality of co-maker met Philips’ standard, coach, monitor and audit the process of co-maker is necessary.

Responsibilities:
· Joining PCP to do PFMEA, preparing the process instruction and assisting manufacturing manager to organize the pilot run
· Process design and product realization
· Preparing tools and joggles for new product
· Training the operators
· Solving or coordinating to solve the issues in process
· Helping or coaching the co-makers to establish the process instruction
· Supporting to handle customer complaint
· Defining and maintaining the Standard Working Time
· Participation in product design reviews as needed, for better DFM
· Provides support to all manufacturing SAP and Manufacturing Execution System activities

Requirements:
· Education： bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
· Experience：
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in MNC industrial environment
- At least 3 years’ experience in Process Engineering, Tool & Jig/Fixture Design & Fabrication
- be familiar with assembly manufacturing, luminaires industry is preferred.
- Good communication skill and interpersonal skill will be a plus;
· Competency and Skills
- Must be Familiar with office software (excel, word, Power point etc.),
- workable Oral and read English is a must;
- Know SAP basic operation such as data maintain, create BOM.
