Key areas of reposibilities:

· Procurement link in factory, drives AOP & savings, owns concept savings

· First point of escalation for delivery/quality issues, etc. for both BG, Category and Factory

· Monitor factory related supplier improvement actions

· Ensure seamless introduction of NPI in factory

· Implementing actions from VE & DfX in factory’s

· Execute procurement strategy; manage phase-in/out of suppliers and components.

· Integrate procurement contractual data in MRP (lead-time, price, MOQ etc.)

· Represent procurement in S&OP

· Procurement project management (e.g. identify and implement projects for concept savings)

· Report procurement KPI’s on factory level (incl. GSRS)

· Manage customization and engineering to order projects (non-recurring components, specific suppliers)

· The procurement engineering managers site may act as supplier account manager (SAM) assigned by, and under the delegated responsibility of the relevant commodity team.

Key targets 2013 :

1. Build a strong site procurement team (Q2’13), Site Procurement process in place, implemented (Q3’13)

2. NPI projects seamless introduction in site:

1) A. 95% GF transfer projects on time

2) B. NPI:

a) On time release PPC-CR (Actual CR as committed @PPC):

i) A projects 90%

ii) Total project Avg. 85%

b) Project budget: 100% below budget approved @AA with at most 5% tolerance

c) PPC price +/- 5% of AA (excluding major design change approved by MT), CR price =< PPC (excluding major design change approved by MT)

3. GF regional supply base released on time:

1. die-casting, stamping, plastics, packaging and some relevant Q1'13,

2. screws other mechanicals Q3'13.

4. GF SCM:

1. CLIP Q1: 90 / Q3: 95

2. OLIP Q1: 80 / Q3: 90

5. Supplier GSRS 80% >80score

6. Saving:

1. Transfer project: BOM equal to Malu by end of Q4'13

2. NPI project: BOM cost down 3% by end of Q4'13

Requirement:

1. Bachleor degree, MBA is plus

2. 10 years above experience in procurement fields

3. MNC working background

4. Excellent english communication skill

5. Mature, good people skill

6. Experienced on SCM system set up

7. Well business driven, good international communication skill.
