Major Accountabilities
1. Work closely with sales administrator/ field support manager on sales force management and data collection and distribution.
2. Support analysis required and process management in the sales project, such as Arrow & Micro Marketing Plan.
3. Generate monthly analysis report, provide timely analysis of business key issues to support sales management
4. Provide various supports in order to facilitate achievement of business plans, through sales analysis and QTQ tracking.
5. Doctor segmentation tracking & analysis; Visit quality tracking & analy-sis.
6. Corporate with GCR in sales capability field, such as ChengZhang Project.
7. Sales territory alignment, Territory expansion and resource allocation analysis
8. Supervise territory alignment and sales target setting process.
Ideal Background
Education: bachelor degree,
Languages: Fluent spoken Mandarin, good written English/Chinese pre-ferred.
Experience: 2 years or above sales, sales operation, sales force effec-tiveness experience in multi-national company, Pharma pre-ferred. Good analytical skill. Good communication skill
