-College degree above and decent education background, no specific major required
全日制大专或大专以上学历，专业不限
-3 year sales/service experience at a B to B platform, large chain, retailing or food processing fab or hotel is highly a plus
B to B商业模式下，3年以上销售经验，对口商业超市，大型连锁，食品加工工厂，酒店者尤佳
-Good communication and sales skill
良好的销售和沟通技巧
-Strong new marketing development and new customer hunting will and capability
良好的市场开拓和新客户发展意愿和能力
-Indecent, mature, enthusiastic for business
独立，成熟，有工作热情
-Working experience at service industry and deal with them is a big plus.
有服务行业工作经验或与之合作经验者优先


Responsibilities 职责:
Develop and maintain the new accounts to hit the sales target cross East China region.
主要职责为拓展和维护华东大区的新客户，产品为有害生物防制解决方案和综合虫控服务；

-Analyze, search and collect potential clients’ information and build relationship
分析，搜集潜在客户资料并开展联络
-Visit potential clients
拜访潜在客户
-Conduct on site survey; determine the scope of pests and their act habit
勘察现场，确定有害生物的范围，并确定其行为方式
-Complete Risk Assessment and Price Calculation Table based on current Price Table
根据当前的价格表完成风险评估和价格计算表格
-Report to client the pests detected, submit suggestion and provide proposal
向客户报告所发现的虫害，并提交建议，进行报价
-Keep good relationship with current client
维护现有客户的服务
-Make sure accounts receivable are paid on time according to the contract
按合同约定及时回收应收账款
-Actively deal with client complains and inquiries according to the company’s policy
按照公司的政策与标准，积极处理客户投诉及客户询价
