1.Position Summary:

The System Engineering Manger owns the overall technical roadmap and the high quality development of the products and sub-systems created by the Suzhou CT R&D team from concept through delivery and post-delivery support. To achieve this goal, the systems engineering manager leads the development of a platform roadmap with interim deliverables that can be delivered progressively over time. In each product development program, members of the systems engineering team fill the critical team roles of Lead System Designer, CT Physics, and Validation with overall leadership from the systems engineering manager.

2.Key Responsibilities/Duties:
Key areas of responsibility include:
· Leadership: Lead the systems engineering team which consists of CT systems engineers and CT physics
· Overall technical leadership and responsibility for the product (system or subsystem level)
Ensure alignment to long-term technical roadmap.
Establish and maintain the traceability as requirements flow down and are decomposed from one level of detail to the next.
Get alignment with each subsystem and define the system architecture, compile the system design specification. Plans and executes system-level design reviews
Leverage common features, system functions and improvement solutions across relevant products
Owns planning and execution to an aggressive, grounded and realistic schedule for systems engineering, CT physics and validation.
Coordinate system Integration among relevant products and releases in the product family
Owns system-level defect analysis and remediation during System Integration, Verification and Validation phases
Interfaces with Production and Service Innovations
Review the subsystem design deliverables and provide technical support if necessary.
Take part in standard test or clinical trial and make quick response to field findings and customer complains.
· Owns the development of the CT systems team personnel
· Own development and definition of the system architecture and multi-generation technical roadmap
· Work in close collaboration with the English speaking colleagues in a global CT team

3.Job Requirements:
Required:
· Graduate of university with degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, Mechatronics or Medical Engineering or related field
· Minimum of 7 years’ experience working with products that include a combination of electrical, mechanical, software, and motion controls.
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a systems engineering with products that include a combination of electrical, mechanical, software, and motion controls.

· Demonstrated ability to successfully kick off (from concept to schedule commitment) a new product development program efficiently and effectively.
· Demonstrated ability to solve challenging problems
· Good knowledge of CT physics.
· Good knowledge of CT system/electronics/software.
· Proficient English-language verbal and written communication skills
· Self-motivated and ability to work independently
· Experience with Requirements Management tools and state-of-the-art requirements management techniques
· Practical experience with interfacing to applications and system test
· Diplomatic skills and persuasive power
· Innovative and customer oriented approach
