Minimum college education from an accredited university with major in mechanical engineering or mechanical background male preferred
最低大专以上学历,主修机械工程或机械背景男性优先
Minimum three years experience as a sales representative or sales engineer of similar responsibility in a field based sales role, ideally selling to industrial locations, preferably in the sealing gaskets manufacturing industry.
最少三年经验的销售代表或销售工程师,最好是在密封垫圈制造行业。
Strong initiative to solve problems and negotiation, good commercial and personal ethic
主动解决问题和谈判,良好的商业和个人道德
Have excellent communication skills for what will be a very customer-facing role
有良好的沟通技巧
Must have experience of working successfully to set target , gaining access to key decision maker, making sales presentation
必须有成功设定目标,获得关键的决策者,销售介绍的工作经验
Knowledge of how Flexitallic’s products work would be a distinct advantage , an appropriate sales qualification would be an advantage
了解Flexitallic的产品将是一个优势
Some knowledge of how to sell technical engineering solutions or an engineering background would also be advantageous
有工程技术销售解决方案或工程背景的知识是一个优势
Require domestic travel, but very limited foreign travel
国内出差,有可能国外出差
Acceptable English with English fluency preferred

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
Visit end-user customers , mainly to obtain information, provide advice and help solve problems
Identify and establish distribution
拜访终端用户,获取信息,提供咨询和帮助解决问题,确定和建立分销
Gain product approvals with major end-users.
获得主要终端用户的产品认证
Provide excellent customer service for distributors and end-users within the defined territory
为分销商和终端用户提供卓越的客户服务
Promote new and innovative sealing solutions to customers
为客户提供创新的密封解决方案
Offer specific solutions for specific customer problems and ensure that the correct products are offered.
针对特定客户的问题,提供具体的解决方案,确保提供正确的产品。
Provide training of a number different products to our key Distributors/end-users.
为我们的主要分销商/终端用户提供培训。
Other duties within sales scope which are required per business plan to be well executed.
Perform any other reasonable requests assigned by RSM.
