职责范围
Broad Function

负责向生产部人员提供工程和技术上的支持，最大限度地提高胶囊制造的质量和产量
Responsible to provide engineering and technical support to production personnel to maximize quality and productivity of the capsule manufacturing process.

负责设定胶囊机的有关指标
Responsible to set the specifications for the HCM

向生产部人员提供指导、培训和技术信息
To provide guidance, training and technical information to production personnel

解决生产制造过程中出现的问题
To trouble - shoot chronic manufacturing problems

负责指导和评估工艺改造项目
　　To initiate and evaluate process improvement projects


主要责任
Principal Responsibilities

设定胶囊机的各项参数，包括蘸胶凸轮、明胶温度、明胶粘度、烘箱温度、烘箱风量、模针润滑和机速
To set the specifications for the HCM including dip cams, gelatin temperature, gelatin viscosity, kiln temperature, air flows, grease flows, and bars per minute.

寻找产生问题的原因，组织力量解决
To determine the causes and lead the effort to solve chronic manufacturing problems
为制造工段长提供技术咨询并告知操作人员有关新机器、新工艺、新规程
To serve as the technical resource for manufacturing supervisor and inform operation group of new equipment, new processes and new procedures

负责指导和评估工艺改造项目，对新设备的使用向生产经理提供反馈信息并提出改善建议
To initiate and evaluate process improvement projects. To provide feedback to production manager on performances of new equipment and recommend improvements.

协助胶囊尺寸的变更。
To coordinate size changes

研究和分析结果，以稳定胶囊生产工艺，并书面报告分析结果
To conduct studies, analyze results to reduce capsule and process variability and provide written results

负责工艺改造
Responsible for process improvement

根据需要确定要订购的配件
To specify and order parts and supplies as needed

协助生产经理做好行政管理和各类报告
To assist production manager with administrative duties and reports

根据需要，参与制定停产检修和开工计划，使其安排合理，提高效率
To participate in and conduct planning for shutdowns and strats as required to ensure that they are orderly and efficient

积极参与制定开创并维持一个、安全健康的工作环境。
To promote and actively participate in creating and maintaining a safe and healthful working environment

根据需要向华纳公司胶囊部提供技术和操作规程方面的信息
To provide technical and operating information to personnel at other capsugel locations as required

负责为操作工和值班长制定工作程序
Responsible to set procedures for operators & shift leaders

负责质量及生产效率的控制
Responsible for quality and productivity

组织人员维修保养蘸胶凸轮
To organize and maintain the dip cams

负责对操作工及值班长的培训
Responsible for training of operators and shift leaders

负责GMP在明胶准备区域内的实施
Responsible for GMP within the production room

制定生产区域内的各项SPC的工艺极限
To set limits for processes under SPC control within the production room

负责提出对生产设备的维修和保养
Responsible to request maintenance and repairs to production equipment

20. 执行公司生效的EHS SOP，并承担与本岗位相关的安全环保责任。 Follow effective EHS SOP, and be responsible for EHS duties related with your position.
