POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary/Purposes & Objectives 职务概况/目的与目标：

• Improve and raise Customers' Satisfaction. 改善并提升客户满意度
• Handle well and coordinate some urgent customer-related issues, and furthermore to maintain the good relationship with customers. 处理协调与客户的紧急事务，进而维护好与客户的关系。
• Lead the logistic team to handle all company’s imports and exports work, provide logistic solution and improve the transportation quality to meet supplier’s requirement. 带领物流团队处理公司全部的进出口工作， 提供物流的解决方案，提高货运质量；

Main Responsibilities & Tasks 主要职责与任务：

• Formulate, implement and improve the customer-related work flow and SOP to help staff work in more efficiency. 规范、执行和改善与客户相关的工作流程和SOP，以提升工作效率。
• Complied with PRC‘s relevant laws and regulations to ensure all the goods are flied and in the agreement with the regulations concerned. 遵循中国相关法律法规，确保公司货物备案合规；
• Conduct the collection of the balancing management information and regular report as well.
  Budget control for Customs duties， taxation and balancing expenses control, etc.. 进行核销管理的信息资料汇编和相关报告；关税预算、核销税费等控制；
• Coordinate internally and externally to meet customer requirement and improve customer satisfaction. 内外协调相关事务，以满足客户要求，改善客户满意度。
• Establish specific records on accounts to maintain good relationship with customers. 建立客户档案，维护并保持与客户的良好关系。
• Collect and analyze the information or forecasts from customers and report to production department and purchasing department for their reference. 收集并分析来自客户的信息或预测，并向生产和采购部门提供报告供参考。
• Negotiate with customers on Safety Stock Agreement, assist relative department implement. 与客户协商安全库存量，并协助相关部门执行。
• Resolve customer’s emergency issues appropriately. 妥善处理客户相关的紧急事项。
• Assist warehouse deal solving slow moving product after communicate with customer. 协助仓库解决出货问题，并与客户沟通相关问题。
• Timely complete the other tasks assigned by superiors, and play supervision roles to lead the Team to reach the relevant goals set up. 及时完成上司安排的其它相关事项，并发挥主管职能，带领客服团队达成相关目标。

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education & Professional Experience 教育背景和职业经验：

• College Degree or higher, majoring in Business, Marketing, International Trading, etc. and with some mechanical-related experience preferable. 大专以上学历，销售/市场或国际贸易等相关专业，如有机械相关背景或经验的优先
• 7-10 years’ related metal stamping corporation work experience in customer service or logistic or supply chain, at least 2 years team lead experience, in foreign-funded enterprises preferable. 7-10 年从事金属冲压相关行业的客服管理和物流或供应链工作经验，2 年以上的团队管理经验；在外企工作的经验为佳。
• Essential Training/Professional Skills 主要专业知识和技能：
• Excellent English proficiency, speaking/listening/reading/writing. 熟练的英语技能，包括听说读写。
• Strong communication skills and team building spirits.良好的沟通技能和团队合作精神
• Extremely high proficiency with computer operation skills, especially for Excel.熟练的电脑操作技能，尤其Excel.软件的使用。
• Familiar with ERP system, and experience with statistical analysis, database reporting, and application. 熟悉ERP 系统，具有统计分析和数据库应用等经验
• Familiar with EPZ/Customs procedures, and local and international logistics. 熟悉出口加工区/海关流程，以及国内外物流业务
• Good leadership skills and professional confidentiality.良好的领导技能和专业的职业保密意识
