职位描述/ Job Description:

1. Establish the process to manage employee archives and employment contract conclusion, alteration, renewal and termination

建立并维护公司员工档案以及劳动合同的签订、变更、续签和终止

2. Participate in employment application, work permit, residence permit

办理人员招退工，居住证、外籍员工工作证、居留证等事宜；

3. Go to the relative government operate social insurance and housing fund

办理公司社保及公积金业务。

4. Handle the phone interview in the recruitment, coordinates interview time with candidates and internal interviewer, make interview schedule, and maintains complete interview forms and records.

参与招聘，负责电话面试，协调候选人与内部面试官的面试时间，面试时间表，并保持完整的面试形式和记录。

5. Responsible for training, including the research of the early stage of the training and enquiry.

负责培训相关事宜，包括对培训前期的调研及询价工作

6. Have administrative experience; mainly be responsible for the management of vehicles and SIM card

有相关行政工作经验，主要负责公司车辆及电话卡的管理

7. Carry out other tasks arranged by HR Manager.

完成人力资源部经理交办的其他事项

任职要求/ Qualifications：

1. Bachelor's degree or above, excellent fresh graduate can be considered.

本科以上学历，优秀应届毕业生也可以考虑

2. Excellent Chinese/English language skills – written and spoken，pass CET-6

熟练的汉语/英语表达及书写能力，通过大学英语六级

3. Competencies of independence, fast learning and adaptability. With the sense of responsibility.

独立工作能力、快速学习能力和良好的适应性，有责任心。

4. Good skill on interpersonal & communication with team spirit;

良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神；

5. Archive management skill and good PC skills is required;

良好的文档管理能力和计算机操作能力；

6. Can work under pressure.
