Accountability：
* Production scheduling according to material status and production line capacity to meet customer request, do necessary adjustment under urgent situation;
* Schedule period shipment plan, manufacturing plan, analyze booking and backlog, monitor FG & project;
* Level the production loading to optimize the production resources;
* Monitor safety stock setting for finished goods & WIP, improve finished goods inventory turnover.
* Follow up finished goods delivery schedule according to customer's request, improve customer on time delivery;
* Work closely with purchasing, production line, sales order management team to get the production planning more accurately;
* Prevent waste materials, stationery, water, and electricity and protect nature; follow the Company ESH policies;
* Any other tasks as assigned.

Responsibility:
* Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant working experience;
* Proficient in MS office Word, Excel & Power-point;
* Familiar with MRP System, Oracle experience will be preferred;
* Good written and spoken Mandarin and English;
* Good interpersonal and communication skills;
* Detailed, high sense of responsibility.
