职位描述
Responsibility:
Product Strategy
* Manage and Drive Regulator Technologies Asia programs to develop new products/solutions, and launch them as per business strategy for Asia Pacific market.
a) Identify features, offering and other opportunities to meet business unit objectives.
b) Develop Marketing Requirement Specifications based on market research derived value propositions and formulate business case justification.
c) Form and lead the project team comprising of different functions to execute the project, following Regulator Technologies NPD process.
d) Track the deliverables progressively during the Gate process to have the overall visibility of the project and achieve the program completion target.
e) Form the project review panel to hold the Gate reviews. Get sign off from the review panel after passing each Gate.
f) Update the Asia Management and Global Management on the progress of the project through periodical review meetings.

* Work out the market landscape, Regulator Technologies product offering, and competitive analysis to
portray the sales quantities and financials with and without the new product being developed.
a) Develop product positioning strategy with respect to applications, industry standards, competitors’ landscape and market economics.
b) Position and message related to multiple technologies and brands available within Regulator Technolgies product portfolio.
c) Develop value proposition message along with key differentiators.

* Launch new products in Asia Pacific and provide necessary sales tools and support to the Sales
Channels in promoting the key features and benefits.
* Lead AP Price Book updates using product positioning data, competitive pricing levels, & product
cost.
* Track the post launch performance of the product/solution in accordance with the NPD process.
* Review products falling in same category/group/position, and recommend strategies related to
Continuation /consolidation/obsolescence.
Global NPD Programs
* Represent Asia Pacific NPD in the assigned Global NPD program meetings and provide the necessary
support. Keep the Asia Pacific functional leaders updated on the progress of the program.
* Provide inputs to Division’s Marketing leadership on Asia Pacific product strategy involving multiple
brands - Fisher, Francel, Tartarini and Jeon.
Marketing and Sales Support
* Provide the necessary technical data and inputs to Marketing to facilitate product literature.
* Maintain contact with field sales channels, key customers & industries to provide value added inputs.
Qualification:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Knowledge of instrumentation and controls will be an added advantage.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in process control industry with successful technical program
execution track record.
* Solid presentation skills with excellent communication ability at all levels. PowerPoint knowledge in developing charts is critical.
* Customer focus and ability to interface with all levels of customer accounts.
* Innovative to bring creative ideas to the market.
* Must be action-oriented with leadership potential.
* Ability to manage multiple and/or changing priorities.
* Excellent English communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
