职位要求：

1.专科及以上学历，人力资源管理相关专业优先；

2.一年以上人力资源管理工作经验；

3.office办公软件操作熟练；

4.英语四级；

5.良好的沟通及协调能力；

6.工作细心，责任心强。

主要工作职责：

1.制作每月员工考勤报表并与手写记录核对一致；

2.协助安排新员工面试、入职体检等；

3.员工入、离职手续的办理；

4.员工特种作业证件的管理（年审通知、年审后证件归档等）；

5.统计员工年假并定期反馈给各班组；

6.个税申报；

7.员工当案的管理（实时更新纸介及电子档记录）；

8.HR日常报表的制做；

9.入、离职员工劳动用工网上申报办理及协助网上申报社保；

10.负责员工沟通会的会议记录；

11.各类人事通知的张贴、收回及归档；

12.上司临时交办事项。
