工作内容：
1.Responsible for commercial finance focus on pricing, channel management, sales analysis
2.Maintain credit policies and review distributor credit terms and limits, control bad debt expenses
3.Monitor SG&A spending
4.Support and or lead other general FP&A activities as needed.
5.Communicate business unit financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecasted, using appropriate metrics. Suggest trends, resulting implications, key actions, and strategic implications;
6.Key business partner in developing strategic commercial initiatives, reviewing customer needs, researching market data and ensuring all key financial aspects are considered;
7.Ensure alignment within financial reporting at all levels (manufacturing, distribution, and field based);
8.Develop, execute, and maintain processes to allow for routine analytical reviews of company financial and operational performance, leveraging analytical resources and tools (business unit and/or corporate);
9.Lead the strategic aspects of the annual operating plan and forecasting cycle for the segment;
10.Participate in financial modeling and due diligence efforts related to the company's ongoing M&A activities;
11.Drive continuous improvement (process or other) across the organization;
职位要求：
1.A minimum of 6 - 10 years experience in MNC include 3 to 5 years experience in managerial roles and commercial finance is a plus.
2.Knowledge and experience in Finance System
3.Must be exceptionally detailed orientated and extremely inquisitive with a desire to understand underlying costs and strong quantitative and analytical skills with an understanding of standard cost accounting
4.Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
5.Excellent English oral and written communications skills including presentation skills
6.Possess high level of integrity and positive working attitudes
